Our process creates success by working closely with the client at the early stages to identify project goals and partner with the entire project team to provide a holistic solution.

To ensure that each project is successful, before we being every project, we identify project parameters, such as critical design constraints, stakeholder wants and needs, and of course: scope, schedule, and budget.

Our goal is to collaborate with the project team and form a partnership where we ensure that the needs of the project stakeholders are met, as well as create a streamlined project for all team members.

Step 3: Analysis and Design

By leveraging technology during the analysis and design phase, we are able to reduce inefficiencies, reduce errors, and enable round-tripping to efficiently incorporate any mid-project design changes.

Step 4: Construction / Project Handoff

Whether you are building or maintaining a Digital Twin for your facility and leveraging Augmented Reality during construction, or you store all documentation in file cabinets and hangers, we provide high quality deliverables that meet your need. We are available during the construction process to answer RFI's, review submittals, and observe construction activities.
